I downloaded the helm of tohan official mod. The quest to get it seemed fine..but this is supposed to be a rare and powerful artifact. Am I missing something or what? Its not powerful at all..its like a steal helmet worth $5,000. I was really hoping I would want to use it on my character not just sell it. Did anyone else notice that?
