I am having a problem with one of my plugins. How do I uninstall it? Can I just delete it from the Morrowind data files? Will this cause a problem?

Just uncheck the "x" box in your options menu when you first start the game.

I've tried that. Then when I load the game, it comes up with all these messages, saying that it cannot locate certain files.

Well what type of plugin did you load originally, and how did your character interact with it?

If you loaded a house plugin, walked your character inside, and then saved the game, your savegame is going to crash everytime if you try to load that save without the plugin.

this is normal. the plugin added stuff to the game and now its not there after you uncheck it.
just say yes to all the messages. then save again. it should be fine the next time you load it.
