Hi, can somone please give me a list of some places where i can get some decent bows?? Im lvl 17 and im now down to using a Bonemold bow(which doesnt do enough damage for the enemies im fighting). I just lost my demon longbow to some damn vivic ordinator after i presented my writs for a recent assasination, and I kinda forgot the bow was stolen so he took it. =) =(... I been playing this game for like a week now and havent come across any magicaly enhanced or any other nice bows, so if somone could make me a list id appreciate it..

thx in advance....

wish i could help. but i haven't found any either. i believe we are doomed, friend. i have seen many others complain about the skill and lack of good equipment.

there is a mod for arrows just put out by Bethesda, and there are some bow mods in the works by gamer mod-makers, but till something comes out, we're kinda out of luck.

if i find anything i will let ya know.

Well, I can point you guys to a Daedric Longbow

Be warned that if you want to find the bow on your own, spoilers are ahead.

It's inside the hidden galleries of a shrine called "Maelkashishi".

You need to use levitate to get to it (to the bow), and the shrine is to the west of Maar Gan and slightly to the north.

Hoping that my silly geocities account works, here's the link to a screenshot of the location in my ingame map:

Oh seems that in order for the link to work, you don't click on it. Need to copy-paste it into your browser address window. *grumbles*

Hey Recluse,
Just by a couple of potions of Rising force and jump down when you're done. I've had to do that a couple of times myself. I didn't even know what Rising Force was until my brother told me. It's a levitation potion, I thought it was a Magicka restoration or increasing potion...DOH!!!

Need a constant levitation spell? No problem, tips below:
.

.
Enchant a Golden Saint (80,000) Grand Soul gem on a robe /amulet/ring:

Constant effect: Levitation 1 pts

It doesn't really matter how many points you put in as long as it is a constant effect. My made one myself with my robe and now I am flying around...Yeeeehaaa!

If you want to enchant it yourself, you will need:

1. A Grand Soul Gem (Golden Saint or anything which have the value of 80,000)

2. An enchantment skill of 60+ and Int of 80+

3. Plenty of patience because this will probably takes you a few attempts do it.

AWESOME!! I'm just a dumb, self-righteous, do-gooder knight right now, but when I play a m/u(or assasin)that'll come in quite handy. Writing that down...now.

There's an ancestral cave north of the zainab camp. You need to get through a 100% locked door once you get inside.. there are also 2 quest people you can't kill without ending the game..
