Tahl`Zair rises from his bed, and looks out of the city. He squints.
But, no, it couldn`t be.
But it was.

In desparation, he mutters some words under his breath, and a long, deep, alarm is heard throughout the city.
The sound carries with it one simple message:
Warning. Warning. Danger. Danger.

He Dimension Doors to the Town Square, and waits for the protectors to arrive...

Dagorion makes his way to the town square but notices a tavern on the way and takes a "short" detour but ends up getting into a drinking contest with another Dwarf.

Shadow strolls to the town square, relieving several people of their gold along the way. Upon arrival he questions Tahl` Zair, "Ok, I had a pressing engagement with a diamond smuggler which you are interrupting. What do you want?"

Sir Goulum sees a crowd and walks towards to see what is going on. Crowds never surface here.

Tahl`Zair quickly activates the two Golems that control the city gates. As the heavy gates click shut, he feels a small relief- that should keep the intruders out, for a little while.
He gathers the three who heard the call, and quickly explains
"Someone has opened a portal to the underdark near us. We`re being attacked by drow from all directions. "

Shadow starts preparing himself while he waits for an answer, quickly grabbing his poisens, weapons and trap equipment.

And Dagorion farted.”

Dagorion stumbles into the square just as the two half-breeds mentioned why the war was started. "So yer saying one of me farts tickled one of 'em elf panzies' noses and noow they want a war? Well they got themelves a war!" With that the dwarf stands, draws his great-axe and lets out a tremendous fart, causing several passers buy to pass out and an apple tree to drop all its frute and die.
