Deathbringer's Warhammer 40K RPG (open to people who have msn)

For centuries now, the small, civilized planet of Calastino has been a safe refuge for many races from the great intergalactic wars of the Imperium and its enemies. This small planet has a rich history of multiculturalism and despite the small conflicts between the Imperium and the Eldar Empire, Humans and Eldar live alongside each other in harmony and hold no racial grudges.
Human, Eldar, Ratling and even the mighty Ogyrn can be seen walking the streets and interacting with one another.
This paradise has recently been threatened by an invading battle force of Orks. These war-hungry savages use their numbers to penetrate Calastino’s orbiting defense system and overpower cities with brute force. The PDS (Planetary Defense Soldiers) put up a good fight and have many recorded victories. The 22nd Sand Vipers to name one, managed to push back an Ork attack right back to their landing craft. Unfortunately however, the Ork’s outnumber the PDS’ by 6 to 1 and it is only a mater of time until the planet is overrun. Despite the planets call for Elite Imperial Guardsman to be deployed, the Imperium has little interest in the small planet and will not risk another planetary battle. The Imperial Guard are needed elsewhere…

Calastino’s people are leaving the planet, but only 25% of them make it through the Ork stranglehold. A new method of escape needs to be thought of and implemented as soon as possible if anyone wants to leave the doomed planet.

Shino walks down the main street of the only remaining city on Calastino, weapons at his side...
He knew that this planet only had a short time until it would be overrun, so he was in search of a worthy pilot to take him off this cursed rock!

Shino decided to begin looking for pilots and their ships in nearby hangars, and the local inns...

Shino walks over to the city's Starport. He immediately notices a Pilot Inn ‘The Silver Skyhawk’ and nearby notices some old hangers, most of which are empty. There is a security guard guarding the entrance to the hangers and the Inn clearly reads ‘Pilots only’. He wonders if it would be wise to enter.

There are other stores nearby and other Inns aswell.

Shino decides to wait outside of the Inn for a pilot to exit... and ask them for any assistance which they can give...

Calaethis arose from his slumber in his mountainside home and immediately put on his mesh suit. He gabbed his Long rifle and viewed through the scope at the city below and its borders that seemed to be getting smaller every day. The Ork invasion was getting worse and he knew that if he wanted to live, he would have to find a new planet to escape too and fast. He didn’t know how many more weeks this city would last under the immense Ork pressure..
He didn’t know exactly what to do. Maybe he could stole away in a ship or maybe even find a generous pilot…

Meanwhile the guard at the hangers started looking toward Shino. He had a curious look on his face.
”Hey you there… Eldar!..”
Shino looked toward the rather chubby guard.
”Who you waiting for?”

Calaethis takes a quick check of his inventory, then quickly does a spot search on his home, stripping anything of value, sentimental or otherwise... hopefully he'll find something of trading value... once hes done, he'll conceal himself adn exit the house, before setting a trap over it, hopefully taking some orc lives. The trap is an overload of the house's powersupply, short circuiting it, nothing fancy, but enough to kill some orcs...

Calaethis went through his house taking items of choice and putting them in his backpack. He found his laspistol and a spare powerpack and two clips for his rifle. He also took his old craftworld jewelry, that his father gave to him as a boy and 100 credits

After scrounging through his house, he crossed some wires in his house’s circuitry, and set up small trap that would, when set off cause the power to overload and blowup causing the house to catch on fire and kill any Ork scum inside. He then concealed himself and silently made his way down toward the city.

Calaethis heads for the nearest Elder settlement... Calaethis will loot any corpses along the way for valuables or information crystals etc.

Calaethis went to the city’s Eldar-concentrated parts and noticed an Emporium, an Inn and a whole lot of Eldar shaped houses. Nothing else seemed to be of much interest. He also noticed a fare few humans wondering around aswell.
He knew the city’s Starport was on the other side of town, but thought it to be wise to stock up before leaving.
