um..hi

This is my first time on an RPG forum so give me a chance (hey i'm only 16 ok?)

Characters like Jan jansen and Her Dalis have got their own custom colours. Is there any way to get, or create your own for your character.

Welcome to Ironworks dude!

As for you question - I can't help you sorry, but I'm sure there must be a way, either via clua-console or shadowkeeper or some other edit program. Someone else will have a better idea than me.

Shadowkeeper has the ability of altering your character's appearence: Hair, skin, major clothing, minor clothing, armour, leather, metal. You can also chage appearence and have your character resemble the physique of a fat woman!

If you need to download shadowkeeper, follow link:

Happy gaming...

If I understood correctly you don't need shadowkeeper to change the colours of your character.Go to your record page then click on customize and then colours.
As for hair and skin you fix that when begining the game. All colours are present.

Not ALL colors are present--Jan's clothes are in a hot pink and electric blue that, try as you may, you just can't get for your own character.

But there ARE ways around that--Shadowkeeper will work, to some degree. In BG1, I always change the Appearance of my Male Human Cleric to a Male Elven Cleric because the armor looks so much cooler. SK will do that for you, just fine. But it can't fine-tune the colors for you--at least the version of SK that I have can't. If you know how to hack the hex code, you can get really precise--I've heard people sending each other the codes for realy tiny bits of the image; like this is the number for the center of the shield, this is the code for the rim of the shield, etc.

Go to TeamBG and download the Infinity Engine Editor Pro. With that, you can use the "change colors by RGB" or "shining colors by RGB" effects to set custom colors; this allows you access to all the colors you could access through programs like Paint.
