Warlock Quest

I'm at work now, so I'm doing this from memory. Last night I got the Warlock quest and it was to get 1 spider egg and 1 skull. I remembered a strange skull in the crypt so I went back there to get it. I walked around for a half hour or so then gave up for the night and went to bed. Now I'm thinking, can I use any skull? I have a few skeleton skulls in my inventory. Any answers? Thanks-

Any skeleton skull will do, they are easy to come by as are spider eggs.

Yes, I used any old skull. You didn't say if you had a spider egg yet. If not head out the west gate of Valeia. (You won't find any in the Crypt, I must have clicked on that web by the stairs a dozen times.) There are spiders in the woods and in the area that circles around the bottom of Nymph Lake. They sometimes leave an egg when they die. I missed eggs at first because they match the flora so well. If you have killed all the spiders and can't find any you can: a) look for the statue in the woods; or b) wait til you get to Ishad N'ha. There are lots of spiders there. YUK! I need therapy now.
