HELP!!! can't find this spell...

Lower resist. Breach, Spellstrike, pierce magic and ll spellbusters (necessary in shortening enemy mage life) are all in my mages' hands, but NOT LOWER RESIST!!! I had to substitute with low lvl (10) magic resistance on the shadow dragon and lower resist would have been MUCH BETTER!!! can't simply find one and made the battle too difficult!!
HELP ME!!! EVEN GIVE ME A SPOILER!!!

I think Lover resist. sell merchant on Waukens promenade near inn Den of the Seven Vales.

There is a merchant in the gate district who has trouble with a ruffian. If you drive away the ruffian, the merchant will offer his stock. He has 3 scrolls of Lower Resistance. He will leave after talking to him (there's is only one chance to buy from him).
