OK I know this is a BGII fourm but there arent many people over there.

Anyway my problem is this. I am in Bergost and one of the NPC's told me there was a magic shop in the town(west of it) well I have looked every where and cant find it. I was told the owner may set some monsters on me first. So where is the shop ?

You actually have to exit beregost from the west side of the city otherwisae high hede doesnt show up on your map. exiting different sides of a city or land piece lets you go to different places. so try exiting every main screen on the map by north south east and west and youll find lots of new places

Dave, you're right - this is the wrong place.

I'll move this to the BG1 forum, Ertai is the world's expert on BG1.

Hm i didnt know that being moderator of this forum meant being the world´s expert in Bg1 ...

Anyway, as someone said, everytime you visit a map, you should try exiting from every part of the map (south, north, east, west). That way the new areas will be marked in your map, and later you will be able to visit them from any place.
