How do you get this fabled weapon?

This is purely from memory, so do not shoot me if I get something wrong.

The Equaliser is a Long Sword, and is divided into three parts scattered in three locations in SoA. You need to gather all three parts and go to Cromwell the Dwarf and ask him to fix it up for you( costs 7500 Gps). Cromwell is located in the Docks District, in the south-eastern corner of the map.

You can also go to your Map screen, Cromwell's shop is marked on it.

The three pieces consists of the Pommel, Hilt and Blade.

Pommel: You find this in Jon Irenicus's dungeon, inside a container in his ex-girlfriend's room, the same room that you find the Portal Key, the same room that triggers an alarm when you walk through the doorway.

Hilt and Blade: You will find both of them in the Underdark, one of them is found on a table in the Mind Flayer City. Remember you had to escape and the Giths helped you? Go through the east door and fight the Orge servant, the piece is found on one of the tables in that very room.

The other piece is found in the Beholder Lair, the moment you enter the place, you will be attacked by an Elder Orb and a Beholder. The piece is loot from the Elder Orb.
