Don't have any stats but its got some good bonuses...immunity to confusion and a couple of other mind spells if I'm not mistaken.

And its got some good one-liners as well ( at least for the 1st hundred time you hear them..)

I'm too busy slashing monsters / baddies to care what the sword is yelling at the time.....Lilarcor ROCKS!!!

But I stopped going into the inventory to talk to it....that gets old fast!
