Travel around a bit in the Government District when you get back, you'll find a path leading to you're stronghold soon enough.

Some guy will come up to you and tell you his lord needs you to do a task for him. You need to be standing near the main Government building for this to happen. It will end up being a Cowled Wizard wants you to find and kill Valygar.

No, he just needs to be present (dead or alive) when you want to enter the building (stronghold).

+ + + + + + + + + + + The cowled wizards require you to get rid of Valygar if you search you will find him in his estate in the Umar hills guarded by the rangers. After having a short conversation you can either kill him or keep him alive and together you two will venture to the Planer Sphere. Do the quest and you will get it from his Ancestor ------------------ Let Honour be your guide and Faith be your shield and no beast shall stand before you unbested |
