Jaheira and the Amulet

Someone explain how to buy Jaheira the amulet in the Dock District?

I am not sure what amulet you are talking about? I don't remember her ever having to buy an amulet? Is this part of a quest.......or part of her 'harper' crap...err...I mean stuff? May be able to help more.....

Wow, I can actually answer that one!

At the docks, there is a plump merchant somewhere in the middle of the map. I think its on the street down after the entrance to the docks in the north.

Don't worry about talking, if Jaheira is in the party he'll initiate conversation with you, suggesting you should get a locket. This will of course initiate the romance thing with Jaheira if you tell her to hush up and accept the gift.

In chapter6 Bodhi will obduct however it is you have a Romance with and turn him\her into a vamp.

Ya you need to go to the docks and street merchant just asked me. The one on the middle lev by the temple. If dosent ask i dont know if you can get it. He starts stiring it up...(hehe go with it!) well I hope it helps.

I've played through the game twice now hoping to get a romance with either Jaheira or Aerie but it never happens. I dont know if im doing anything wrong but I do Jaheira's quest's in this order.
1.The curse quest. I rest until the curse is gone.
2.The quest were you take the guy to the harper stronghold.
3.Xzar's quest were you have to rescue Montaron.
Then I wait for the harper quests to start but nothing happens. I usually play as a human or half-elf. And from what i've heard there are no quests for the Aerie romance so what am I doing wrong.

Jaheira's romance by all accounts is tricky. Part of the romance scripts are triggered by events, others by time (game time as well as real time). If it's of any comfort, I managed to start the romance but somewhere I must've said something wrong 'cos thr romance variable is 3, which means it's dead.

Did you get summoned before the Harpers (Galvarey)? I believe that's another important trigger.

Yeah i've been before the harpers and they asked me all there questions and then I killed them.
