1/ You know in some of the dreams..you end up in a room like a council room with seats...where is it in real life?
I know it's not in BG2 but is it in TOB?
2/ Any one know where I can get good map of Faerun, of the internet? I've asked before but never found the actual map! THANKS AGAIN.
3/ Isn't the shield of Balduran too powerful...why have beholders?
4/ Can you have dual classed Sorcerers?
5/ Are any monsters in Faerun immune to time stop?
6/ Does BG3 use the same characters as now?
7/ In TOB can you summon the NPC you didn't pick up in BG2?
8/ Does anyone know the full list of Special Ab the NPCs get? I know Sarevok's and Edwin's.
9/ Can I still have a Chaotic Evil Sarevok in my rep 20 party?...I intend to stay at 20.
10/ Is Cernd's Groove in TOB...and Jaheira's homeland? She said she wanted to go there.
11/ Who are those Cowled Guys around the table of Baahl?
12/ In IWD(it shouldn't be here) my cleric has a THAC0 of -235! Is it a bug? She still misses some times.

- IT'S THERE FOR PPL WHO CAN'T BEAT BEHOLDERS THE NORMAL WAY

- TOB YOU MEAN? CHARACTER AVATARS? I DON'T THINK THERE WAS A LOT OF CHANGE TO THE AVATARS USED, BUT DON'T QUOTE ME

Well I know some of the answers to your questions

1/ In bg1, in the central section of candlekeep.

2/Memnoch knows.

3/Compare the shield to the cloak of reflection,besides imprisoment
can still get you.

4/Memnoch knows.

5/It is rumored that demegorgon is immune to timestop.

6/I heard they may be tweaking the avatars.

7/Memnoch knows.

8/Sarevok's could be very simalar to yours because bhaal's essence
is strong with him too. Edwin does not have any special abilities.

9/Chances are he is goinng to call you a weak pathetic fool and
leave, unless he is somehow magically tied to the party like viconia
was in bg2 after coming out of the underdark.

10/Maybe, there is always a chance.

11/Probably a cult of bhaal who do not want you to ascend to the
new lord of murder status.

12/Memnoch knows.

I hope this has filled some gaps in memnoch's post.

Uh actually to the last question, your character is not missing unless she has the full 5 attacks. Some of the animations are just cosmetic swings. Read the manual, I know there's a reference to that somewhere.

3) A, it's a bonus CD item, B, it's expensive as hell, and C,only one shield, so unless you're going solo...

5) Yes, but not in BG 1 or 2. Possibly in ToB.
6) ToB will have the same main character(child of Bhaal), same NPCs as BG2 plus a new one.
7) Yes.
8) Dunno what you're talking about, but Edwin does have special abilities as a Red Wizard of Thay.
Other chars have special abilities as well. Jaheira has a special spell, Jan creates stuff, Minsc has a special ability, Mazzy has some paladin-like abilities. All the ones I can think of right now.
9-11) Big dunno.
12) -235 THACO is definitely a bug, but a tasty one. =D

I wasn't clear on some of the points;
1/I meant in BG3 do you still have Imoen, Jaheira...etc.
2/Edwin gets Dragon's Breath! sarevok gets smite.
3/Cernd promised Aerie to show her his groove once in Tethyr
