I just left the character called the Hidden and found (I wont say where)

. . . . . . . . . . . . . The ring is part of Quallo's quest. You need three other items to complete it. You should find Quallo hanging around the sewers sometime. It doesn't have any spaecial abilities. ------------------ One Land One King... |

Yep... he's right. Quallo's quest is pretty cool: and it's worth it, Lilarcor is pretty good.. Won't spoil more, will I??
