Level up

This is bothering me a lot.
Every time i go up a level with a character, i only get the minimum HP that is possible to get.
So if i don`t have any good constitiution number on the character, i only get 1 HP.
Can anyone help me on this?

if your char is above 10th level they only get a predefined amount of hp every time they go up. Check the manuel, its it the game directory in PDf. format, not everyone knows that.

By D&D rules it is that way so that no character will get too powerful, and to show that every person has their limitations.

This changes in 3E. You use the dice for EVERY level gain

IMHO, the third edition rules takes out a lot of the guess work for the DM. If you want to do something, there is a roll to see if you are successful. Makes it seem less automatic (ie you look up, but do you actually see anything?) and a bit more realistic.

If using the CLUAConsole cheaters way of doing things, the tomes and manuals from BG1 cheats Book03 thru Book08 will bring all you stats up to the highest they can go...sorry
