I read in a sorceror-guide, written by Pat Bou, that boots of speed adds one melee-attack. Is this correct? I can´t see it in the stats...

I'm not sure about that. Sometimes, it gives you an extra attack and sometimes not. When I played with my cavalier, it did, but it didn't add one to the other NPC.

I don't think so, it makes you attack much faster, you don't just walk faster but i don't think it adds one melee attack........

Ok...here we go...
Haste and/or boots of speed add one attack per round Improved haste doubles your attacks per round (for a max. of 4 in a round, I think...). Hope that helps! Keep in mind, however, if you have the ring of free action on or have cast free action upon someone...they will not be able to use the boots of speed. Free action disables *all* magic that effects movement. ------------------  Now where did I leave that doughnut?! |
