I just killed Marek and I had the antidote and scroll, but when I went back Lotharon I didn't have the parchment. Did this happen to you or does the scroll have limited time? I'm thinking it could have been a bug.

If you talked to him I think he takes it from you, but talk to him and see if he complains about is curse, anyways if you where stocked up with Items it's possible it's just on the ground somewhere near the shrine of Umberlee
