i just started over and have a wizard. Where can i find good level nine spells without waiting for chapter 6???

I know you can get Freedom(level 9) in the Underdark, along with a few others (I think, its been awhile)

I think that "spell trap" is often held by come cowled wizards (powerful ones) if you are grand enough to challenge them.
In which case, be happy with some level eight - Abi Dalzim is definitely powerfuller and a favourite than some of the level nine spells that I use. ------------------  Greetings mortals, my name is Wah, Arch Lich Wah. |

And you can't memorise Lvl 9 spells without the XP cap removed, remember
