Ruined game?!?!?!?!

Ok...i really need some advice, maybe one of you guys got this problem to...

Ok so i'm in the underdark...and running around, killing anything i could find, so i stumbled on the Mind Flyers dungeon and destroyed them...
now i'm on the saving the kid of matron mother quest where i'm suppose to go to that dungeon and rescue her kid.
but since i already beat it, i have no idea what to do, i can't find anyone there, all dead, and i think i might have killed that kid.
so does anyone have had this problem? and is there any way to solve it other that reload, cus my last save was in chapter 2!! ahh poop, PLZ help out a poor sucker

Don't worry, just go to the entrance of the Mindflayer dungeon and your "superior" will be waiting for you, and the quest continues (I always clear every dungeon before entering the drow city)....... This is provided that you have talked to your superior Solaufein.

I'm sorry, but from what you have told me I think you are indeed going to have to start over. I suggest you wait until you are about to leave each area to kill everything.

You don't have to enter the dungon for this quest. You should meet the drow bloke, Shevianh or whatever, out side it and then you just need to talk with him, but if you take long then the deadline (12 hours or something) he won't be there and you in big troblue when you return to the city.

Just meet Solaufein outside the Mindflayer Dungeon entrance, rescuing the Matron's daughter has nothing to do with clearing the Mindflayer Dungeon, and Solaufein should be standing outside waiting to ambush the mindflayer party with you. Unless you took too long getting there, there shouldn't be any problems.
