Might as well get em all outta the way, eh?

Well, I've played multi by myself (to have all my own characters) but I have not played with anyone else... so here the question:

How does the "pause" function work in a multi game? Does it effect the other players as well, or does it just pause for you?

Im asking because I used this funtion a lot during the single player game (as i imagine most do) but I think if someone else was constantly pausing my game I'd be pretty angry...

So how does this get accomplised? Or is it a lesson in patience?

When you play multi with others and hit pause, their game will also pause.

And it's not at all annoying compared with the decisions of which way to take

Remember that you can set diffrent allowances to the members in the Multiplayers session, such as will stop people to dump/take things from your Inventory, pause etc.
This however often has the effect to grow argruments among the group.
I only had the patience to play a session with to diffrent will's

The autopause you can set for your own preferences but it will pause everyones game. You need to keep them to a minimum. In the m/p game I'm in we all have "enemy sighted", the mages have pause after casting a spell (I think) and my thief has "trap detected". I think that's about it and it doesn't cause any uneccessary problems.

One love, peace.
