Stats for Mages

Hey all, thanks for all the help last time I posted...anyways I was just wondering if wisdom stats have any effect on mages? I'm trying to duel from fighter to mage. I know to max out int and str, but what about all the others stats, does it effect the fighter/mages in any way?

Oh and i'm trying to put the min on strength since i plan on using the strength modifier items, does this effect what my fighter can do?

WIS affect the spell casting success/failure rate(meaning, YES, it does affect your fighter/mage). Try to have around 11. As for other stats, for all my characters, whether it is paladin or berserker/mage or fighter/thief, they all have max STR, DEX, CON, and for characters who will dual to mage will also get max INT and an average WIS. If you are patient enough with the dices, you will get 90+ in rolls. It is easier for paladins and rangers to get above 90 rolls, it usually take longer for you fighters to strike the 90+ spots.

Also, it is a good idea to check charachter types, because some of 'em have minimum rolls for certain attributes, which helps your attribute scores very nicely!
