I believe that it is merely a two-handed sword +3 that has a 25% chance upon each hit of instantly killing the enemy.

Do ah the former owners always keep showing up to bug me? I don't even want the damm thing but they have really pissed me off so it's become kinda a personal thing you see.
I also don't mind kicking their ass everytime they show up. reminds me...Where were the Cowled Wizards at when we got jumped in the city by magic casting Githianki? I don't seen no stinken permit! ------------------ --Kellin da Mage-- |

That is because Githyanki use Psionics, or mind powers, not regular magic the Cowled Wizards are always on the lookout for. The only bad thing is, unless you have a magic license, you may not use magic yourself!
