Sword in the Stone

I have Valger in my party. He has 3 weapons, his family sword, a sword witch gives you haste and a sword that does a load of damage to polymorohers. How ever when not looking at his inventry his weapon slots show 3 shcmitsers. When you do go to his inventry it wont let you take any of his weapons away. It says magic item in use.

Plese help !

I checked him out with shadow keeper and he has no schmitzer on him. How can he be using 1 ? when i kill him it 1 off the items he drops.

Did, fairly recently, a wierd bloke run up to him and throw somethig at him, then say somethig about 'funny, that usually kills them' or something, then run off? when that happens, all your weapon slots change to a scmitar for a very short time, then back to normal again. If they didn't change back then you may have a problem and I ould advise you re-load an old save.
If a bloke didn't throw a sword at you recently then you really do have a problem and definitely need to reload!

I take it you did get the little bloke then

, oh, and no you don't get a chance to kill him, as far as i know. The scmitar shouldn't stay in your weapons slot though, so if it has, then you do have a problem. oh, and do you have the patch, if not then I'd advise you get it as it may fix this problem of the scmitar staying on your person.

Yeah, what IS that bloke up to? WHY does he chuck the scimitar at you anyway?

Does this have any relevence to anything? Or is there some related humour that I just don't understand?
