What level are Elminster and Drizzt in BG2???

In most AD&D specifications, Drizzt was recorded as a level 18 fighter or level 16 Ranger.
I believe in BG2 that Drizzt is level 16, while Elminster is level 29-30, but I'm not positive on that.

Drizzt was level 16 in Bg1, but only level 15 in SOA!

It says in the manual what level drisst is. Under famos characters, he is level 16/17 ranger if i recall correctly. it doesent say what level Elminster is though.

Here are Elminster's stats in 3rd Ed.
Male Human (Chosen of Mystra) Ftr 1/Rog2/Clr3/Wiz20/Acm5/Epic4 (Acm stands for Archmage which is a Forgotten Realms Prestige Class, and Epic stands for Epic Class). hp 219 Str 13 Dex 18 Con 24 Int 24 Wis 19 Cha 17 Drizzt's 3rd Ed stats are: Male drow Ftr10/Bbn1/Rgr5 of Mielikki hp 124 Str 13 Dex 20 Con 15 Int 17 Wis 17 Cha 14
