I am trying to find the Paladin stronghold quest, I have been to the ORder of the ROse Heart in the Temple District and talked to Ryan and finished the fallen paladin quest but there is nobody else to talk to. I have been to the windspear hills and rescued Garaths Child-What else do I have to do?

hi! try talking to the prelate which is in the long big room left of the main hall, he'll give you a quest by asking you to approach Sir willian R...something.
