When you complete the druid quest in Trademeet, There is a druid at the entrance to the grove. He has the sword, which is +1,+2 vs regenerating creatures, +3 vs cold/fire creatures, and +4 vs undead

I prefer the daystar (+2, +4 vs evil). Undead of course are evil, as are many other creatures.
