How do you do the talk cheat???? when i am going to talk to someone, the game pauses!!

The Art of Cheating. A couple of things. It only works on things with a cyan circle, i.e. non-hostiles. Pause the game, talk to them, force-attack them, then unpause. You'll go up and start hitting them, and they'll stand back and wonder why you're not talking to them instead. Of course they'll wise up after a little while, but the process can be repeated while they're still cyan.
