rod of ressurection, ressurection spell, etc..
go to the temples, they sell scrolls that will let you bring guys back to life |

Jahiera has a spell called harpers call that will bring a dead party member to life. She starts out with it I think, so it's good early in the game to resurrect people. It will drain 9 hp from Jaheira though, so don't cast it in combat, and the dead person is rezzed with only 9hp as well. (the hp lost is a damage roll, not a permanent loss)
