new party

I've done the all ranger party and by far they were the deadlist from 12th level on to the end of the game. I'm thinking of doing an all gadgeteer party. It would be a more deadly party in deathstarkers mod and I know Ammo gets heavy. If I switch then to Rangers they can no longer use the omniguns so that is a downer. The things that made the rangers so deadly was the instawacks. I wouldn't have that high of a % with the omnigun but I would dissable most foes by the time I was 18th level. Anyone done this?

Nope, I spread the professions around. Just upgraded to new computer with XP from old Pentium 2 w/800 MHz using Win 98 SE. I got WW8 going OK (so far). Now back to original game. I'll see if 2.2 gig DDR2 ram (Athlon 3700) and 256 meg graphics (Nvidia) has any noticeable effect on game speed.

So far so good although the monistary was pretty hard because I ran out of ammo. There really isn't much available in stones that early in the game. I am Level 9 and leaving the monistary with 4 stone throwers and the rod of darts. Already doing pretty good disabling foes with blind 10% with the omnigun now if I could just catch up to them when they run away.
