I was just watching the 2nd season of Angel and Angel was talking to Lorne who responded oh "Zuzu's Petals"... as if to say; oh my gosh, or some such thing. Does anyone know where this is from? It seemed weird to show up in 2 places.

It's from the Jimmy Stewart/Donna Reed movie "It's a Wonderful Life" done in 1946 or so. Zuzu's Petals were the petals dropped from the flower Stewart's daughter brought home from school and he hid them in his pocket to "fix" the flower.
