Help with weird bugg

Here's the problem. It began after rescuing the city gate merchant from the bully. We buy some scrolls, go into the Inn, talk about the lovers romance (I'm told to mind my own business) then I approach the bartender to get a room-not as a group, I thought it would prompt me to. After I rent a room & press 'rest', the game freezes-I can't walk, talk, jump or warp. After I reload the previous save, I go to the Five Flagons & the same thing happens-we approached as group this time. Now I'm sleeping outside. I've had the game loaded for a couple of months on 633Mz P-3 and except for some occasional lag-especially with dragons, any advice there?-the game has run smoothly. BTW-thanx- u guys have a friendly, thoughtful, mature and intelligent forum here.

all you have to to is point the hand up to the enemy and hold control the press the Y buttun

Sounds like a bug. Do you have the official patch installed?

Better Than the official Patch, theres unofficial ones that each fix s specific problem at Baldurdash.
