Need help with other items, what does all these do, spider silk, hoager tusk, venom sac, ect... thanks for any help!!!

Hang on to them and ask Antone in Arnika about custom items. Their use will become apparent

And if Antone doesn't need them, keep one of each kind. Maybe Ferro will have use for them (much later in the game)

Ask ferro about a custom piece to elaborate on this more. Also, certain misc items not dropped from monsters are key items in certain dungeons.

And then either Ferro or Antone can make you special items from several of these misc items, and in Ferro's case an ordinary item is needed also.
