Trainer for Current Version?

Is there a trainer available that will work with the current version of Wizardry 8? I have the "old" trainer, but all it does is automatically forces the exit of the game. It doesn't matter if I start the trainer first or the game first, it forces the game to exit to desktop.

I'm trying to get past Nessie (party at level 11-12), but I can't even sneak past her (no rogue in party to help out).

Any help with the trainer would be appreciated.

Not clear what "Rogue" has to do with "Nessie". If you're talking about the Rogue's "Stealth" ability, that has nothing to do with sneaking around unseen; it's simply a built-in improved base armor class. To get by Nessie, cast Chameleon, or buy a Tincture of Shadows (He'Li usually has some, others too) and hug the West/South wall.

I tried a Tinture of Shadows and hugging the west/south wall. She sees me every single time. And if I do happen to get close, I can't get to the southern exit I need to without passing by her head, thus getting caught!

Help, anyone!

I've only got by Nessie once or twice using chameleon out of about thirty tries. Part of it may be how long you are at the top, the cave opening. The longer you wait or shift stuff around, the more attention on you. If you wait long enough, she rises and starts attacking. When you enter the area from Mt. Gigas, go straight to the left and keep moving. Your best shot is if she is tail-end to you. My 2 cents.
