When you come up with the rope (not the ratkin rope) you have a small side section with a fontain. Just drink from it. However it as one negative effect, it curses you (hex).

Trying to heal 2500 mana points back on your bishop is a pain if you don't have 14 mana potions or tons of mana stones. So when you can get a free heal (HP, stamina and mana) it's welcome. I personaly never rest because I can Portal to a shop or this fontain any time.

You can avoid the hex by saving and reloading if hex occurs. You can also use magic (Restoration, level 7 Priest-Divine) or potions. Or you can wait 2 minuts that the spell is finished (what I do).

To remove the hex, just cast a remove curse on the character. I think you will find one of those books in Marten's bluff somewhere, or you can buy it later in the game at several merchants, or (of course) just pick that spell when you levelup.

The Hex can be removed by camping for a second or so. No need to waste your magic, or save and reload.

Yeah, well, but you won't lose much mana anyway. And if you really want to have full mana, you can just try the fountain again, until noone is hexed. It won't take many tries. I can't sit around and wait for the hex to go away, or rest, and let more monsters respawn...

The Hex from the fontain is prety weak. If you walk down the tree at the time you are near the Clan Chief at the bottom the hex wll be gone.
