Locket of Reflection & Excalibur

Who does a guy have to kill to get a Locket of Reflection. I'm almost near the end of the game and I would like to get as much use of the Mirror Armour as I can before the end. I've looked at 2 walkthroughs and they both say that you can get the locket from various locations. My question is who / what do I have to kill to get one?

On Excalibur, I've heard that it can be obtained in the Sea Caves but I didn't see it. I know I've missed out on the Light Sword because I've already killed the buccaneer ghosts without getting them to drop one, so I would like to get my hands on Excalibur if I could. Any help / hints would be greatly appreciated. (Spoilers ok too!)

First time through I didn't get a locket till very late and I forget where from - think it was in the Rift itself as a random drop. This time through, I got one as a drop from the bandits on the Arnika road. Excalibur - in a chest in what is called Davy Jones Locker - small cave down near Nessie - the contents are randomly determined the first time you enter that area. The light sword is a random drop from the buccaneer ghosts, but is also a random content of a chest in the Rynjin area (again determined on entry to the area -not random on opening chest).

D'oh!! I have been ripped off! I've missed out on the *Light* Sword and Excalibur! It's times like this that make me want to use an Editor... I will just have to be strong and complete the game with good old Fang, the Ivory Blade and the rest of the Scooby gang. [img]smile.gif[/img]

wow I think I found like 10 of those lockets when I finished the game, and in the end I didn't even use the mirror armor, the +3 plate mail is better imo. More resistances if I'm not mistaken.

Hi,

i got mine from the temple in arnika and i never got the lightsword either.
I killed the bucaneers about 50 times and didn't even had a lightshield and certainly no lightsword but i got excaliber from that chest after killing nessie 5 times.

I gave up on reloading to find better things just play the game as it is now.

I got a locket of reflection in the crypt in the monestary.
(where you use the wheel key).

Metallic Slimes drop lockets of reflection if you hit them hard enough. You can get lots of them to show up in the catacombs of the Lower Monastery if you're between L8-12.
My favorite talisman is the Amulet of Healing; i hang around Crock's until everybody has 2. AC3 each, 50%vs Divine, and HP regen+1
