Wide Cleaver Blades... where?

I've finished every single weapon recipe for Ferro and Antone except for the Beast Slayer Axe.. of course I have absolutely no use for the axe whatsoever, but I still want it for collection sake.. so I'm wondering which monster drops the blade? I've never encountered any monster which sounds like they might carry such a thing.. so any suggestions on where I might pick one up?

Btw, anyone know if there is any reward in the game for having 0 deaths? (long shot) All my guys have no deaths on their records, as I always load if anyone dies..

there are cleavers in the Lower Monastery, one in the room with the safe, or buy one from Burz. They are wide without saying so.

Ohhhhhh!! A butcher's cleaver? Oh my god, lol.. I thought it was a part of some hideous beast called the Cleaver monster or something.. I had no idea it was that weak little axe weapon I found at the beginning of the game.

Oh well, thanks alot for the help.. if Antone had only said "Cleaver" instead of Wide cleaver.. would have made much more sense..

Ferro actually has a suitable cleaver for sale as well.
