1. The Sam armour is possible to find all. In the mean time use what you can find/buy/steal

3. Never gave it to her, there are other little quests you can do that you need her.

4. Party inventory does affect the wieght of your PC's. Not sure on Max weight but it does slow them down lugging around an amry's worth of armours and swords and crap. sell the stuff you don't think you'll need.

6. Well some instruments have a Bard level Req. ie. music 50 Bard level 8 so either stay Bard and improve other skills, or change class's if you like.. theres no wrong way to play the game.
