Hi. My ranger couldn't increase his bow skill at level up. It is now at 78. All the other abilities could increase. Why now bow? His dex. is over 80. Tell me what to do. Thanks.

You may notice that certain skills can't be maxed, in a natural way, until you are at higher levels. You can supplement them with doodads to get over 100%, but the underlying stats seem to wait. I noticed this with instant kill, lockpick, etc. I won't swear (not aloud in polite company) to this for ranger skills but I suspect it's the same built-in "pacing" of the game.

As far as skills go, you can't put level up points into any skill past 75. Everything else has to be gained through practice or special items.
