Could you be a little more specific? What about the Templar do you need to know?
If you are referring to the Rapax Assassin that Z'Ant asks you to trap for him, you must first find, and set the trap that the T'Rang have prepared. Hint: you'll need to devise a way to "attract" the Rapax.
