Well, thanks to Xignal, I found out about the HLL ball in Trynton, and about mixing the meat with the fairy dust. Only problem is, I put the drugged meat into Bobo's feeding bin, but the stupid cow just kept walking around and never ate it! I stood around FOREVER waiting for the dumb thing to get hungry, with no luck.

Finally, I opened the cage doors, hoping to allow ol' Bobo to head for the hills, but he was too bloody stupid to take his shot at freedom. Oh well, Hrogar burgers, done medium rare, are pretty tasty... Pass the mustard, eh?

Huh. That's pretty unusual... Every time I've opened that cage, he's either asleep, or he heads for the hills (usually running to the far end of the loop up there. Bobo's never attacked me once. Maybe you got a defective Bobo!

I couldn't figure it out - the dumb beast just kept circling around and around in his cage, sometimes walking over the water and food troughs. Never once did he do anything different; I figure the AI for that particular piece just caught in a loop. Oh well, he was worth something over 2K exp...

Actually, I just got done talking to Madras. I don't feel so bad about killing the zoo animals any more. First, Madras was the one that stole the HLL ball in the first place. Then he has all of these experiments going on. I won't tell you all about it, but let's just say that several operators of one of his machines died. He was more upset that the machine didn't do what it was supposed to than he was that the operators died. I can just imagine what twisted, sick and cruel experiments he was doing on poor Bobo. Letting Bobo go free might be the best answer for Bobo, but giving him a quick death might be better than what Madras has planned for him. I dont even want to think how they got Bobo up there. Can you imagine how you would get a large bull up a tree? Or if you set him free, how he would get down? Probably fall off the edge of a walkway and bust a leg. And then what would become of him? Food for vines? Hogar platter for a piscus picnic? A seeker's snack? Poor Bobo. It doesn't look like he can win.

On a side note, why would you put a Hogar in a zoo for Trynnies? I can picture it now. "Mommy, what's that?" "That is a Hogar, son. They are fierce animals that roam the wild. We have one here in the zoo so children like you can see them." ~looking over rail~ "Is the hogar in the cage just like that one wandering around at the base of our tree?" "Yes, son. It is." It is kind of like setting up a zoo on Antartica and putting penguins in it.

Nope, I don't feel sorry for the Trynnie losing their favorite animal. If they really want one, there are dozens in the forest just wandering around. I am sure they can get another one.
