Enemies and limits

So, i was wondering... do the enemies have a limited mana or stamina?! Cuz i realised that they just keep casting spells on me and they don't seem to have a limit. Do they? Do they obey the same "rules" as my party (regarding mana and stamina)?

They definetly do regarding stamina. You can see their stamina drop when you right click on them. They do become unconcious too when their stamina drops to 0, just like any of your party members.

I am not positive about spellpoints though.
