How do you mkae armor out of Dragon Scales?

I have all these dragon scales how and where do you make armor out of them and is it worth it?

Go to the docks district and inside one of the houses (middle of the map and to the far right) there is a Weapon smith called Cromwell. He'll make special weapons or armour out of rare items you may have.
I'n not sure how good the dragon scale armour is though as I've never used any but the red dragon armour. That was quite good though.

The shadow dragon scale is probably the best available for a stalker (or a ranger who wants to be able to hide in shadows).

And as for the red dragon scale, ANY warrior NPC would benefit from that. Even try to walk in the wrong tiles in the ruined temple, with ring of fire resistance.

Red Dragon Armor is very nice for any fighter character. I think its either -1 or -2 AC, with 50% Fire resist. Get that armor, ring of fire resist, and the dragon shield and you can walk around immune to fire Dmg. Let a mage throw fireballs at you all they want, you can just laugh. You can even be a real pain, get the club or whatever that when you hit target it casts Fireball centered on them. Its just a nice way to have some fun. Of course you have to be careful not to do that sort of thing in places where you'd hurt those your not suppose to, after all how many fireballs do you think a begger on the street could handle? =)

~Whistles pretending he didn't kill all of town one time on a fireball crazy afternoon, killed everyone, including people he could have recruited into his party, the mayor, 3 or 4 squads of Wizards trying to stop him, Rybald, more beggers and commoners then he wants to count, and yet somehow managed to still flee town and do the same thing in the Ranger Village~
