If i recall correct it can be found in one of the early rooms with the stairs in it, when you just have entered the Thrynnie tree (before you head to the top levels)

Unless I'm mistaken, the Siren's Wail is found in the Mausoleum in the Cemetary along with a skull. It may or may not be in a chest, I can't remember.

It is in the Crypt in the Cemetary, off to the side (not in the chest). If you visit during the daytime, you won't get attacked by spirits as much.

Lol i have been playing the game for 3 days now, and already i forgot where the static items where found, hehe, but indeed like the guys said it is indeed in the mausoleum in the cemetary on the Arnika/Thrynnie road and not in Thrynnie like i said in an previous post.
