Is the level of the RPCs proportional to the avg. level of your party when you first meet them, or is it fixed ? --Thanx

havent plaed it by my own, but, what i could read in this forum, it seems, that the RPCs are every time at the same level, regardless, wether you r lvl4 or lvl14

Nope, I picked up Saxx and he was lvl 8 while my party was 11-12 level.
