Hi I just started playing. My elven mage has hit level 2 and I can not change his class to a Bishop. This may seem a little silly... But I click on Mage up top on the advance level screen and all other classes are greyed out. Is this the proper way to change classes? I didn't think there were any restrictions when dualing.

Please Help.

BB

ps great game so far!

it's not dualing. you'll be changing one class for another. whatever skills you do have at lvl2 will be available for you to use, but they will never get any better.

you need to make the change right at level up, before you allocate the points. you can't do it between levels.

otherwise, i can't think of why you can't do it.

Does this character have all the attribute requirements of a Bishop?
(INT 55, PIE 55, DEX 55, SEN 55)
That may be what is holding you back, I don't know for sure because I haven't tried to change classes with my Mage.
Mages are invaluable to your game! I do hope you have another in your party if you plan on changing classes before you get higher level spell casting abilities!

Moni, Yes you are correct. My mage doesn't have a 55 sense. Oh well. I have 2 mages, and no priest so I wanted to get some divinity as a bishop. Guess I'll dump one of mages.

Thanks!

Dump one or bump one.
I started with a Bishop and a Mage in my game...both are invaluable towards the life of the party.
