well finally got the spells rolling in and doing good....man a bard is so powerful just got my hands on the piercing pipes big time item,now if i could just keep his stamina up so he dont fall asleep.I think im going to let my ninja duel wield swords when i find them.So hows your game going now.....oh yeah you know that big spider in the upper monastery i was roughing it bout to get killed and il be damned if my ranger didnt pull out with an instant kill....lol.

i love my bard so much! those piercing pipes are great and even now at lvl 10, she uses them really well. well, y'know about the stamina thing, i have my priest cast "rest all" like every couple of turns to top her off. i think you can find that on scrolls and in potions, too.
or just keep a couple of "Mod Stamina" or "Hvy Stamina" potions in your bard's personal pack, and take one of his turns to take a drink. in fact, my bard's pack is full of instruments and stamina potions.

have you noticed that when you use those pipes, all the human baddies cringe back and then get like black and blue around their eyes? LOL!! i love that effect.

i even had her reduce a couple of thugs to chunks. now THAT was satisfying! i can't wait to find more instruments for her!

obtw, about rangers... we were faced up against a big bad critter on the Arnika road (don't want to spoil you) who had an insane number of hps. we reduced him to about half after approx 9 or 10 rounds, when my ranger let fly with one of her insta-kill shots!! we were TOTALLY happy! jumping around like idiots, letting her know she was da bomb!

oh and just last night sometime, my monk acquired extra hits. now she does one punch and two kicks each time! [img]graemlins/jawdrop.gif[/img]

Hey vesselle,
after i got off here i played somemore and pulled out 1 helluva train and lived through it....check out my post bout it...man those pipes really helped in that fight seeing how my sorceress was like at 25%
efficenty.I really think they did an excellent job on this game.
