Anyone else found this?

The shop NPC ( Kunar ) in the Umpani base, is actually a spy for the T'Rang. If you kill him, you get a key that opens the wood wall behind his counter. In there is a teleport to Martens Bluff... THANK GOD! ( I'm sick of walking ).
Go tell Sgt Balbrak 'Kunar', he'll ask what about with text entry... say 'traitor' 'spy' 'T'Rang' and he'll ask for proof. Give him the Top level security card ( fake ), and you'll get a hefty 75,000 EXP

I havent tried using the fake security card anywhere else, like the Flight Deck in Mt. Gigas though...

No need to kill him for the key (unless you thirst for his blood, lol), just keep on pickpocketing him, he'll cough it up sooner or later..

No need to kill him unless you are planning on being a double agent!
He rats you out after you take the flag back to the T'Rang and they don't like spies!!!!

(Still trying to figure out a way to make this double agent thing work to the game's end if it can be done)
...can't find Sgt. Rubble on the Umpani base for second training session...hoping he didn't wander out and get poisoned by acid vines because I let those guys die early in the game including the Pvt that guarded the gate! ACK!
Did not locate him inside the training area either...of course, I can't get past the blades but going in from the other side, it does appear that Sgt Rubble is AWOL.

Sargent Rubble is down in the Umpani Caves. He's near that machine that gives you access to the three secure areas. The one that claimes to have a "wiring malfunction" Just go behind the machine, touch each color coded wire carefully to repair the machine (there are 3), use the lvl 3 security pass and it'll open the weapons range. Whalla, Sgt. Rubble is there to meet you.

Good Luck

Now here is a detail that I find amazing in the programming. If your "hand" touches two wires at the same time, you get an electric shock. If you manage to only touch one wire, you can move it without a problem. I am constantly amazed by the sophistication and the level of care that went into this game!!
