recently, i decided to switch from 640x480 to 1024x768 resolutions. the first thing i decided to do was to work on some new walls. after some initial configuration issues, i've gotten them to show up fine when i'm testing or playing. the problem i'm having is with viewing them in the editor.

then it dawns on me, that the editor stays the same size/looks the same no matter what resolution i'm working in.

now, i've used ua config to make sure that engine and editor are both set 1024x768. but, when i try to use dc config to set the resolution to 1024x768, it won't let me, and i get the following error:
could not copy files
this program will only work if run within the design folder and resolution files exist!
[ok]

i've tried putting dc config in the folder that i want to make 1024x768, along with every file from the 1024x768 example folder.

i'm sure that i'm doing something wrong here. and knowing me, it's probably obvious.

i could use any help that anyone has to offer.

oh, ummm...
this may seem like a dumb question but I want to ask anyway...

um, how do you know what resolution the game is set up in???
(I mean, I'm using the "640 templates" so I would think that would make it have to be 640, BUT!!! where do I find this number or setting at????)

You can change the editor resolution inside the editor now. Check out the options under Mode->Editor Options.

The DC Config utility is not needed anymore. Both design and editor resolution settings can be changed from within the editor now.
