When using a large JPEG for my overland map, I was able to scroll of the graphics into a large black border. This happened in Test Mode.

Just to make sure I have the right understanding...

While playing the game, using an overland map, you were able to move the party past the edge of the map into an empty area?

What is the pixel dimension of your overland image?
